SHIPPING & STORE PICK-UP POLICY


This Shipping & Store Pick-Up Policy is part of our ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Store Pick-Up Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.


WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & STORE PICK-UP  OPTIONS?

STORE PICK-UP

  • If you choose to pick up order at our Atlanta store, choose the “Pick-Up” option at check out! Once your payment have been submitted, you will receive an order confirmation on the email you entered.After your order has been fulfilled we will notify you that your order is ready for pick-up! Orders are fulfilled in the order it’s received. 
    (ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 6pm WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP SAME DAY)! 

  • Please make sure to bring your (Driver's License/ State Id) matching the first & last name on the order. Once security verifies your identification, your order will be brought out to you. Have your confirmation email ready to present when you come to collect your order.

 

  • YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR ORDER WITHIN 24HRS FROM THE TIME YOUR ORDER IS PLACED. After a 24hours your order will be cancelled. If your order is cancelled for this reason, you will be charged a $50 restock fee, which will be deducted from your refund. In the event it your order is cancelled more than once for the same issue, you will be permanently blocked from shopping with the company.

9AM- 5PM

(YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR ORDER WITHIN 24HRS FROM THE TIME YOUR ORDER IS PLACED.)

 


SHIPPING

We offer shipping at the following rates: 

  • Standard Shipping + signature confirmation (3-4 business days) $15 

 

  • Express Shipping + signature confirmation (2 business days) $40

 

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

(For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.)


Processing time is 1-3 business days. Express orders placed before 3pm E.S.T will be shipped the same day. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your package tracking number. 


DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders. Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
